| We are a team of the most experienced sushi chefs and fish cutters in London. Most of us have worked in the London sushi business since it began. We have been involved in the setting up and supply of most of the household sushi names over the last 17 years. We work around the clock seven days a week producing our foods, and we only use the freshest and finest ingredients. Like most people today, we are also very concerned about the environment and try to use all of our fish from sustainable sources. Where possible we always try to use local supliers and businesses. Our kitchens work to SALSA hygiene standards to make some of the freshest sushi available in the market today. We pride ourselves in the fact that we always deliver our sushi within 5 hours of it being made, within London. Our vans now use biodiesel from processed cooking oil, This helps make the air fresher in central London and reduces our carbon emissions considerably and re-uses old cooking oil which would otherwise go to waste and landfill We can cater for anything, from small private parties to large corporate events, for any number of people however large or small.
